Booking & Payment

• The rates are per room per night.
• As rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, reserving early is recommended.
• Cancellation and refund policies are according to the rules of hotel.
• The room rates only apply to IPBM 2023 participants.

• Any requests for changes and/or cancellation should be contacted to the venue hotel.
• Cancellations or Refund penalty fees.
  - Cancellation request by March 17(Fri), 2023 : No penalty
  - Cancellation request from March 18(Sat), 2023 or No-show* or Early departure: No refund and full payment
