Registration Acknowledgement

- Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via e-mail after your on-line registration

Payment Status (Check at ‘My page’)

- After you complete your on-line registration, please visit ‘My page’.
- You can check the payment status of your registration at ‘My page’.
- Payment Status will be changed from ‘Payment is needed’ to ‘Payment is confirmed’ within three weeks upon clearance of you payment.

Confirmation of Registration

- Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks upon making the appropriate payment.
- Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.
- After you complete your payment, you can download your receipt at ‘My page’ after the conference.

Methods of Payment

Full payment must be paid by the deadlines. Confirmation letter will be issued upon the clearance of payment.

Credit Card

- Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration system.
- All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
- The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
- The merchant name on your credit card statement will be ‘KCP’.

Bank Transfer

- All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
- The sender’s name should be the registrant’s name.
- Please send a copy of the wire transfer slip to the IPBM 2023 Secretariat by e-mail (ipbm@conventionpm.com) after writing the registrant’s name on the bank remittance
  receipt.
- Please observe the relevant registration deadlines. Registration fees depend on the date the payment is received in our account and will be adjusted accordingly
  if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline.
- Any bank charges incurred are to be paid by the registrants.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Only cancellations made in writing will be accepted.
• Written requests for cancellation should be sent by email ipbm@conventionpm.com
• The meeting will refund registration fees to prepaid participants who cancelled their registration in the amount of the refund based on the date of cancellation.
• Refunds will be made by cancellation of credit card before pre-registration date or bank transfer after the end of IPBM 2023.
• All bank charges are the responsibility of the registrant.
• Please refer to the following cutoff dates for cancellation.
